Members will abide by all applicable Federal and State laws and regulations governing check cashing services and money service businesses.

2. Disclosures of Fees:

Members, whether licensed or exempt from licensing, will post fees in a conspicuous manner and will abide by state regulation regarding fees relative to their license or exempt status. Detail receipts of transactions will be offered to customers.

3. Privacy & Confidentiality:

Members recognize their obligations & pledge to take adequate steps to protect customers’ non-public personal information.

4. Consumer Protections:

Members will respect the rights of consumers in all transactions, will conduct their business with professionalism and in compliance with equal opportunity and consumer protection laws.

5. Industry Promotion:

Members pledge to conduct their business as to be a credit to the industry and the communities they serve.
